Iveta has been actively practicing, teaching and being an active forever student of the yogic path and spiritual healing for the last 11+ years. It was through the first training back home where the journey has began for her with an Indian guru Gopal Pujari, Iveta completed her Diploma in Yoga at the age of 15. She has moved to Australia at age of 18 to join her family. Trying different styles from traditional Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow to practicing Bikram, Ashtanga advanced series and Antigravity classes for nearly 2 years, she came back to traditional style of approach and delivery to her students, all set well grounded foundation in her teaching and self practice. Recently completed YTTC in Goa, India with a scholar of Sri BKS Iyengar and Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Sri Sharath Jois and Sri BNS Iyengar in Mysore, Iveta has been on a 5 week journey of dedicated practice with Lalit Kumar and learning in order to be at service to others. She places a strong focus on to physical adjustments to improve alignment through a precise, playful and intuitive yet dynamic practice. Iveta is passionate about sharing her teachings with keen yogis although her style is demanding, she is known for her ability to work with students of all levels and bring out the best in the individual. She believes through self discipline and self study, students of yoga can flourish both personally and in the world. With travelling being her passion, it helped her to gain experience with teachers all around the world and to develop her own style, which will guarantee to deliver you a well balanced class with lots of fun and sweat.
Iveta has completed an Australian qualification in massage therapy with ongoing practical training and work placement. She is currently offering students private ang group classes as well as spiritual mentoring that involves working with breath, mantra and meditation and stepping on a healing path of yoga.
